本校位於人文蒼萃的臺中市清水區鱉峰山下，創
立於民國35年（1946年），是臺灣中部海線地區歷史
悠久、表現優異的特色高中。

目前共有約130位教職員工，42個班級（含雙
、數理、AI 及音樂班），學生約1,400人o
本校致力於全人教育的推動，歷任校長皆秉持卓
越領導與專業辦學精神，持續形塑優質校風，以培養
具熱忱、負責與關懷能力的未來領導者為目標。
 
我們重視學生品德養成、核心素養與多元智慧發
，並積極拓展學生的國際視野，因而培育出無數在

Introduction
Founded in 1946, National Cingshuei Senior High
School is a prestigious secondary school located at the foot
of Mt. Aofeng in Taichung' s Qingshui District, a region
rich in culture and history
The school has approximately 130 faculty and staff
members, 42 classes including Bilingual Classes, Math
and Science Gifted Classes, AI Gifted Classes,
Talented Classes and about 1,400 students.
Our school is committed to providing a holistic educa-tion.
With the extraordinary leadership of successive prin-cipals
and the collective dedication of the faculty, we have
maintained an excellent school ethos and aim to cultivate
students to become passionate, responsible, and caring
leaders.
We place great emphasis on students' moral character,
the development of multiple intelligences, and the expan
sion of global perspectives. Through these efforts, the
school has nurtured numerous outstanding professionals
and leaders in various fields.
Under the leadership of our current principal, Dr.
Chien-Hua Hsiao, the school is expected to reach new
heights built upon its solid foundation.

Promoting teachers'profession and students' learning
For students and teachers, education is a process
in which we attempt to explore our inner world and
develop our gifts. Our school is dedicated to creating
a heart-warming environment. All the teachers and
students not only absorb knowledge but are willing to
continue self-growth, self-learning and self challenge
in the concepts and mental models with a view to
getting well-prepared for the ever-changing external
environment. Learning should not be confined to

本校開設數理、語文及音樂資優班等特色班級，發展校
訂必修與多元選修等特色課程並因應新課綱而執行多項教
育方案。
本校積極推動教育部十二年國教新課綱前導學校計畫、
教育部高中優質化、高中職均質化方案（擔任中一區均質化精
進標竿中心學校）、自造實驗3D列印普及中心學校、前瞻計
畫及臺中市機器人行動學習車教師培訓計畫、衛星英語學校
推動計畫、長期執行教育部提升學生英語文教學成效實施計
畫、第二外語課程計畫、特殊專長弱勢學生培訓計畫、輔導
身心障礙學生專案等。注重學生多元智慧發展並與各知名
大學締結策略聯盟。已形成以下特色：

發展學校本位課程、開設校訂必修（清水學、閱讀
與表達）、強化社團活動重視綜合活動、發展群我關
係。開設三十門選修課程，注重學生能力培養，提供多
元試探的學習機會，奠定升讀大學基礎。

褰展體能、創意、美感教育及國際交流課程,
成立學生自治會、環保義工隊及服務隊等培養活
力自信、勇於創造與具備國際移動力的學生o

Features
Our school actively promotes Pilot School Project for
MOE's new curriculum of 12-year Basic Education, MOE's
School Actualization, Homogenization Program for senior
high and vocational schools (as one of the beacon schools
in Section 1 in Taichung), the Center of Fabrication Lab for
Popularity of 3D Printing, Foresight Program, the training
program of Robots in Taichung, Satellite English Prgram,
and so on. In addition, we have implemented MOE plans
to promote students' English education, Second Foreign
Language Program, Training Projects for disadvantaged
students, and the special project of assisting physically or
mentally challenged students. Most importantly, we have
forged strategic alliance with a couple of prestigious
universities. A great number of our characteristics are as
follows:

1.Featured-Curriculum
We develop school-based courses, offer
school-required courses (e.g. Cing-shuei Research,
Reading and Expression) promote club activities,
emphasize comprehensive activities, encourage
students to manage social relationship. Additionally,
30 elective courses or so are provided to stress the
cultivation of students' competences and to grant
them more opportunities of exploring themselves,
preparing them for their future academic life in
universities.

2.Creative Students
We promote education of physical fitness,
creativity, and aestheticism, develop international
exchange programs, and set up Student Council,
Envrionment Squad, and Service team, and so on,
to cultivate energetic, confident, creative students
with global mobility.

3.Professional Teachers
We motivate our teachers to broaden the
expertise, join the teaching community, devote
themselves to course design, and work on
competencies-oriented courses and assessment.
Teachers here work with their expertise and show
enthusiasm in educating students, and care about
each and every student with well-organized coun-seling
system.

We hold parent empowerment activities for
them and improve the interaction between
parents and teachers so that they can be the best

多元學習適性發展傑出校友與績效
1.科學
教學資源豐富的地球科學教室、物理、化學、生物實
驗室，引領學生進入自然科學領域，培育傑出優秀的科學
人才（朱經武、陳媽及、廖一久、曹興誠...等)。
2.藝術
清中畫室，培育出許多頗富盛名的藝術人才（李惠
芳、林隆達、陳士侯、陳志聲等），代代相傳，已
經成為在地藝術蓬勃發展的搖籃。
3.語文
英語話劇社參加全國高中英語短劇比賽，囊括
全國冠軍、第二以及最佳劇本、最佳服裝、舞臺設
計等獎項；外交小尖兵代表國家出訪歐洲。國語文
競賽歷年均有優異表現，曾獲本市高中團體組冠軍屢有代
表進入全國賽。中臺灣聯合文學獎、教育部全國讀書心得寫
作比賽、小論文競賽，投稿踴躍，屢獲佳績。
4.創客
學校獲教育部核定設置自造教育
實驗室，積極發展創客實作教育從
課程提供系統化學習，到社團培養學
生自主成長，近年來，在國內外機器
人大賽及各項創客活動均獲得極為
優異的表現。
5.體育
本校成立多元學生體育社團鼓勵學生參與各項體育
競賽，包含籃、排、桌球、田徑等類別，提供學生豐富多
樣發展，均能獲得佳績，深獲各界肯定。
6.音樂
本校音樂班參加全國學生音樂比賽屢創佳績。以爵
士樂及電子音樂發展特色，課程規劃具前瞻性每年錄取第
一志願大學校系比例逐年提升，已經成為中部地區孕育音
樂頂尖人才的殿堂。

Multidimensional Learning Adaptive
Development and Distinguished Alumni
1.Science
We have numerous well-equiped laboratories for
Earth Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and
have trained up many outstanding talents.
2.Art
Our Art Course has encouraged many students to
step into majoring in art for a long time, and fostered lots of
well-known artists from generation to generation. Our
school is recognized as a cradle of developing local art.
3.Language
Student English Performance Club won the champi-onship
in the Taiwan English Drama Competition, and
several prizes in the national competition, namely, the best
supporting actress, the best script, the best stage design
and the best costume. There has been brilliant perfor-mance
in the citywide Language Competition over the
years, including the team championship.Students actively
participate in a great number of competitions including
Joined Literary Award in Central Taiwan, MOE National
Book Report Writing Competition, Essay contests, and so
forth, and have made numerous acheivements.
4.Maker
Our school sets up innoMaking labs ratified by
MOE and is intensely developing innoMaking imple-mentation
education from offering systematic learning in
the courses to fostering students' self-growth in the club.
Recently, we have had exceedingly terrific performance
in domestic and foreign robot competitions and a wide
variety of innoMaking events.
5.Sports
Our school sets up a multiple of sport clubs to moti-vate
students to join a variety of sports competitions
including basketball, volleyball, table tennis, track and
field events, etc. Students excel in a variety of athletic
competitions, and receive wide recogination.
6.Music
Our Gifted Program of Music has received numer-ous
awards in plenty of National Student Music Con-tests.
Our school is characterized by Jazz and Elec-tronic
Music. Every year, the qualification rate for the top
university is escalating and our school has become a
paramount cradle of educating music talents.

弘道樓及六藝樓前小葉欖仁夾道林立師生休憩的怡
心園與科學館前校樹楓香卓然聳立；古樸的禮堂與現代設
計綠建築的樂學樓與空中廊道，在蒼翠蓊鬱的綠意中展現
新舊建築兼容並蓄的獨特風格甫落成的四維樓，呈現嶄
新的建築風貌，通廊空間串連
校園中庭至綠林廊道成為校園綠帶核心活動場所。

雕塑大師陳夏雨的「農山言志聖跡」，俯瞰「團結
和諧」石雕，伴著金碧輝煌的「有鳳來儀，止於至善」
銅雕發揮境教功能涵養學生人文氣質。弘道樓穿堂
的「清中之光校友與學生菁英牆」與校史室、清水文
史資料走廊，訴說著本校的榮譽，召喚著學弟妹們持續
優秀與不凡。

建構學校雙E (英語、資訊）環境強化英語教學及
資訊融入各項教學方案。典藏豐富的圖書館，提供充沛的
教學資源打造書香校園。建立校園網路充實高感性的

Sustainable Campus
Lobular Terminalia trees flourish along both sides
of the road in front of Liu-Yi Building and Hon-Dou Build-ing;
maples rise straight up in front of the Science Build-ing;
and unsophisticated auditorium and modern Le-Xue
Building reveal the unique architectural style. Moreover,
the lately-built Building, Shi-Wei Building, presents
brand-new architectural features; its connected corridor
joins the central garden and greenwood passage,
becoming a major activity venue on compus.

Some great sculptures are seen around the
campus. The purpose is to deve l op students' good
habits of learning and to create a scholarly learning
environment. Distinguished Alumni and outstanding
students were heighted upon the wall of Hon-Dou
Building and in the School History Archieves
Room,inspiring underclassmen to pursue greatness
and excellence.

In order to enhance the competence of students, we
establish a double E (English, electronic information)
environment, and try to combine those double E with
teaching. An abundant collection of books in the library
offer students various resources. To establish modern-ized
learning platform, we create convenient and perfect
network in school and increase hi-touch content on the
websites.

• We have specialized, and experienced teachers, five of
whom have completed doctoral degrees and two of whom
are working on them. More than 70 percent of our teach-ers
have obtained master or doctoral degrees. They
actively set up the professional learning community (PLC),
joined the evaluation of teachers' professional develop-ment
and obtained the authentication.
• We recruit energetic teachers with enthusiasm and
affection as homeroom teachers to accompany students
to develop their potential based on their fitness.
• Teachers develop individual specialties, guide students to
participate in contests and always have great achieve-ments.
A few teachers become seeded teachers for
Education Resource Center of Global Science, Chinese,
and Civil Education.
• Professional teachers have lectures to broaden students'
horizons.
• In order to strengthen students' readiness for college, our
teachers proactively engage in community and diversify

•Facilities•
In order to let our students learn in the high-quality
classroom, we make good use of all kinds of resources. For
example, every class is equipped with air-conditioners, a
computer, and projectors. In addition, students are provided
with multi-learning environment and chance in subject class-rooms,
science labs, and fab labs.
• Transportation •
Our school is situated at the center of Cingshuei and
is near to the train station and plenty of bus stops around
our campus. Depending on students' needs, buses for
special routes could be provided to let them commute
between their home and school more successfully.
• Student Dormitory •
We provide comfortable lives for students who come
from distant places. Our dining hall in hygienic conditions
supplies balanced meals. In our dormitory, supervisors
and staff of Office of Student Affairs give professional
management and caring. We endeavor to provide our
students with normal and regular lives.

Around our school, there is a dense communica-tions
network, including the railroad and highways. In
addition, convenient surroundings can offer students the
